Our Aruba – Mara camp is located next to the National Park “Maasai Mara”. That is why additional costs of 80 USD per day (jan 2012) arise for a park entry fee (only if you enter the park). The fee is required to be paid to the rangers right at the entrance of the park only once a dax max..
The smartcard is not required (Apr. 2012)
You see on the map right, that we are some meters outside of the park. So you don’t have to pay the entrance fee, if you stay in the camp our somewhere else outside the Mara.
It is not possible to pay the parkfees with Creditcard in the Mara.
